I was there when that happened, the guy who uploaded this told us he would when the guy left. Would you believe he told this lady's boss that he wasnt rude? True story, im not lying, but they have cameras in the store so he knew the guy wasnt telling the truth.

@Vandalj, people did tell the guy to calm down. There's really no point in doing any more than that, in my opinion. Some people are just innately angry. All you can do is watch them get flustered and learn how not to live your life. That's what I took from this ordeal.
