Hi ask ko lang if ever na kung kumuha ka ng passport then sa passport picture mo may nunal ka tpos pinatanggal mo at valid pa ung passport for 2-3 years kelangan bang palitan na o pede nalang magprovide ng certificate? paano ang procedures? hirap kasing kumontak sa DFA hotline... salamat

@epal4ever kung malapit ka lang, pwede mo nlang i-pick up. pag courier kasi, plus one day talaga. sila kasi and magpupull-out sa releasing section. try mo din i-follow-up sa courier.

Hi capac, tanong lang po. Kung sakaling di pa expired yung green passport ko, pero gusto na syang i-change sa machine readable passport, ok lang ba yun? or aantayin ko pa sya ma-expire?

pagka fill out mo ng form, be sure to confirm ur appointment. u should have a printout of ur confirmed appointment to bring on ur assigned sked. better yet, try to call nalang para sure na may kausap ka sa call center. tahnks

I got there 1:30pm and was able to finish around 3:30 pm.puwede na considering how many people was there. pagdating ko 2500 ang mga number na tinatawag.. my number was 2895 eh.. :) the assessment on the first floor. was really fast naman. Its on the second floor.. yun "enrollment stage" na medyo matagal ang paghintay.. pero pag tinawag na yun number mo.. mabilis lang naman.. picture lang, sandali lang...tapos na!

My appointment time was 2:30pm... di naman sila masyadong strict sa time eh. :)

paano po pag mali ang name na nakasulat sa printed application forn ng ePassport? nauna ang middle name then the family name tapos given name? Ex. Santos dela Cruz Juan instead of Juan Santos dela Cruz? how will i change it po? thanks!

@irishaillenette You can still rectify the mistake at the actual processing date at the processing area and at the enrolment section.

I actually have an appointment date already. using the dfa website.. the most recent sked i could get was Aug13.. I sked it last July13. That is how long one have to wait..Are you open on saturdays? how come the website only gave august dates...??

about the rush processing of passport?? 10days?? is that really true?? considerating how long one have to get just for an appointment.. processing the passport can be done within 10days?? :)

I still have A GREEN PASSPORT and it will expire on Dec 2010.

I am planning to go to hk this september.... based on what was shown... I don't need to renew my passport yet. IS THIS SUPER SURE?

Bec. i have been getting conflicting answers.ONe travel agency said-I still don't have to renew my passport.

another travel agency said - i have to renew - due to the six month validity rule.

I even called DFA hotline - the person said I have to renew... she didn't ask what kind of pass. i have. HELP PLS

your passportr is less than six months valid, right? so you have to renew it now. pls try to get an appointment this saturday, we will be open on appointment basis only. pls call 7371000, ASAP. baka maubusan ka.

as shown in the passport advisory, your passport should be more than six months valid for you to still use it to travel.

This is HIGH TECH at its best. The best passport processing in the whole wide world!! Very fast indeed. If you set an appointment, you get September 20, the earliest (Its June15 at the time of this writing). Very fast and efficient..... 3months for an appointment.

DFA, you should be very proud of this. Very FAST and EFFICIENT... 3Months.

OFW will die of hunger before they get their passports and be deployed overseas. Thank you very much for this INNOVATION...... :-(

Your video is informative. Nice. I would suggest though that the showing of the directions to DFA be improved such that it should show the bigger part and stopped for a while to get the view and then moved to the destination and then stopped for a while to grasp the whole picture.
