ok maybe someone can help with this,i have a car that has no title the title never was given to me cuz,is not on my names its my car but is not on my name so the person that has the title moved to other state,and i can find her is there anything that i could do??

yea just file for a lost title and you will get one . when you get it get insurance and then go get your plates for your car. they will charge you for tax, title,
