Well that's because in this video the dude had 8x MSSA turned on way to high for his GPU can handle, and he does not have the cloth pyshics turned on (utlra high).

Trust me, the PC version of this game running on a decent rig looks far better than the console versions, because of much higher resolution options, and AA options.

It may be slow on Vista, maybe, because Vista OS requires more RAM than XP, just running the OS, so you will have less RAM to run the game on.

Vista has DirectX 10, and that requires more RAM am processor than DirectX 9, so the game may look beeter, but it will move slower.

Maybe the video drivers for Vista aren't the new ones.

I don't remember, but you can when your playing a match, to press ESC, and go to Options and Video (or something like that), and change it from there.
