That's Arnold Stang as Arnie's buddy in this film. Stang was the voice of many cartoon characters, most notably Top Cat.

And as bad as Arnie's acting is, only Stang's is better. The other actors were some of the worst I've ever seen outside of some high school play.

But Stang is always a joy to watch and he carries the film so well he even makes Arnie's early efforts bearable.

This is a fun film, as cheesy as it is.

Worth the time to see Stang in his hammy glory.
