  • Taoistflyer have years of practice in flying helis, I think. Flying a heli takes a lot of practice to master. It's fun when you learn how.

  • (cont) When the heli hovers steady, do small changes in throttle to go up or down. Leave the direction control stick in neutral. Give yourself at least 3 full charges to learn how to hover, it's almost like standing on a big ball! Difficult until you know how.

The direction control stick is very sensitive and the last thing you learn is to combine throttle and direction to go in all 3 dimensions.

  • This is exactly how mine behaved at first. This heli can not take off from the ground. Starting technique at 2:25 is correct. Hold the heli in your hand 1/2 to 1 meter above ground, throttle up about half, wait a second until rotor speed is steady, then release. When the heli goes left like yours, trim several clicks to the right. Then try again. I needed more than 10 attempts to find the correct trim position. (cont)

  • The tail rotor blade may be on backward, it may be broken, or it may be on to tight.

Their may also be something caught in the tail motor or it may be a bad tail motor

also it may be the small gear attached to the main motor, it may have a crack in it.

spin the main rotor in your hand and see if it clicks or resists, if it does watch my video "how to fix your rc helicopter"

also try replacing the tail rotor and maybe try flipping it around.

also try clicking the right trim button about 20 times
