They are singing to a backtrack. You can tell because Grace's strumming is not even in time with the song. Still a great Vocal.

@tideman234 I wouldn't be so sure. You may end up being right, but country artists in general sing live a lot more than other artists. And about the strumming, she's not necessarily strumming the strings every time her arm moves. Often times it's just to keep pace. I've watched it a couple times, and especially with Kenny's voice getting a little weak at times, I don't see anything fishy that would make me think they had a backing track.
