even if this wasn't the real opening, it wouldn't surprise me if it was. In the first English dubbed opening, they did put the first two season's opening mixed together.

@biganime40 Usagi can get married at 16, she's Japanese it's alot different from what i can see, i always thought Mamoru was atleast 16, just tall (He is like 6'8)

@CWiStarsDub, not the one I found off the Cloverway VHS tapes... The intro to the Cloverway dub (on the tape) has the Sailor Moon S logo appear and shrink to the lower-right corner over the Moon Cosmic Power sequence.

@CWiStarsDub There are two different openings for the S dub. One for TV airings, and another for the VHS. Same thing goes for SS. The TV airing uses the second Japanese opening, but the VHS uses a slightly different verison

@CWiStarsDub They did. The VHS and DVD releases used the uncut opening, while Cartoon Network used this opening. Cartoon Network also had new English title cards, while the home release had the Japanese title card, with the English titles written beside them. At least that's my asumption from what I witnessed in the past.
