  • National conceal carry is a violation of states rights and the tenth amendment. The district of corruption has no right to dictate policy to any state.

  • This bill was not. It would not have changed state laws only made 2a incorporation a reality through reciprocity. If this had passed and if I had gone to Maryland I would have had to follow state law in Maryland when carrying concealed in that state. But your missing the point of this video I think which was to criticize the non-filibuster filibuster

  • so your sayin this bill would not apply to states that dont concent?? you would not be allowed to conceal carry in states that dont allow it??

I believe very strongly in the right to keep and bear arms but I believe even stronger in states rights and the right of South Carolina to tell the federals to f*** off.

I get the piont of your video but regardless of that federals have no right to dictate policy to the states.

  • No I'm saying that states that already have conceal carry would be forced to have reciprocity. Wouldn't that fall into the full faith and credit arena? Yes you are correct you would not be allowed to carry in states that don't allow it. Very few that there are.

  • my state shouldnt be forced to do anything. this is unconstitutional. If one state wants to adknowledge foreign permits that is between those 2 states. federals have no right to interviene.

  • So states that are violating my right to free speech should not be forced to allow it? How about my religion? the 2A? Where does the power of the fed gov start and where does it stop in your view?

  • I dont know about your state but I speak for South Carolina and they dont violate anyones right to free speech or religion.

All powers allowed to the federal government are outlined in the constitution. The tenth amendment was designed to ensure this but they violate it thousands of times a day.

  • Well, they have a big enough majority to set the procedural rules, so actually THEY CAN do what they are doing. It sucks, but the Rep's do stuff that's unfair as well when they are in power. Bottom line is that I've carried since long before I "legally" could do so, and I continue to carry now that it's "legal." Bottom line is it's never illegal because the constitution says so, but, try explaining that to a judge.

  • Great vid, I'm glad to see someone with the balls to speak the truth. As a fellow Virginian let me just say, if Robert E Lee could see what has become of this state and this nation, he would surely roll over in his grave....I'm just sayin.

  • You could power the nation with the spinning that is going on in graves of the founders and many others from history past.

  • Its disgusting that they still claim to be the party of Thomas Jefferson. They really should get a new icon, like maybe someone from Germany or maybe Italy. Just someone that's more in line with their policies. The republicans can share the new icon to, because they are not much better, except for Ron Paul.

  • ... he said he'd had quite a few run ins with the meth heads, and was usually far away from back up, I could see the guy thinking, then he put the gun BACK, then walked back to me and said "let me ask you this ? again son, do you have anything in the car....." I didn't get it, so I said ya, that.357, then he went through the routine a few more times and I finally caught on and said no, and he let me go LOL

  • I carried long before states had CC. Don't need a permit to excercise my constitutional rights. Even had a state trooper let me go one time. I told him very respectfully that any American, yet alone a law abiding AND military person like myself does not need a permit according to our founding fathers. We were in a rurual area, asked him how he'd feel if some meth head had him down on the ground and I drove along and was able to help because I'm properly armed to do so (we were in a rural area)

  • The Senate and the House can make their own rules. The filibuster is a senate rule. Article I, section 5, clause 2 of the US Constitution: "Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings." In current practice, Senate Rule 22 permits filibusters in which actual continuous floor speeches are not required, although the Senate Majority Leader may require an actual traditional filibuster if he or she so chooses.

  • it wouldnt have affected IL or WI

  • what fucking bullshit

  • well I have asked this question and you can't get an answer. Do you know who did this for this bill?

  • Why don't you talk about the REAL issue, SendARope, which is the fact that FIFTY EIGHT US Senators voted to expand, not restrict, gun rights?

Remember all the hysterical bloviating from the right after Obama was elected about how there would be new gun regulation, and even mass gun confiscation?

Reality is the exact opposite. Why don't you acknowledge that? The fearmongering agenda doesn't work when you tell people thier guns are safe, I bet.

  • hmmmm. you mean the 58 who were taking their marching orders to know if they could or could not vote for it? Total setup. It would have been a black mark on a lot of records if they voted for this without a filibuster and it passed so they declared a fake filibuster and oops coincidence it squeaked by with a big fat NO. Give me a break. They are not going to attack guns till after they get all the other commie crap.

  • yep......z200a is a troll lefty commie and there is no hope rationalizing with people like him.

like clinton, obama will wait for the gun grab about a year or 2 into his "plan" to restructer amerika. he has alot of work to do first and then u will be disarmed..for your protection

  • When your hysterical fears fail to come true, I hope you reflect and ask yourself how you could have been so wrong. The fact is that 58 senators voted to expand gun rights, which is the exact opposite of what the hysterical, panties-wetting ultraconservatives have been promising.

Wasn't the entire US supposed to be disarmed by September? Oh, and I thought the NLE09 was going to be used to impose martial law.

Examine your assumptions and why you're always wrong.

  • first...u lump me with subjects i have never commented on

second....like i said, there is no talking sense into you

time will tell, unless the commie traitors like yourself win this coming war and rewrite history....good luck...god is watching

  • your grasping for some sort of glory of being right when you certainly dont understand the word change which hence why you voted for obama if nothing happens with a bill it ends that means it didnt pass it doesnt become anything. schools out im done good day

  • Hate lefty commie trolls. Blocked him. Jerk doesn't even have any videos and spouts incoherent garbage.

  • just wanna say with no sarcasm intended.....u r my hero

i dont have the balls or the know how 2 do what u do. u r a true american. god speed

  • Don't make fun of those "fake filibusters," which Congress has been using dozens of times a year since the early 1990s when the Senate rules were changed to allow them. Don't make fun of them because they are going to allow the conservatives in the Senate to stop a whole hell of a lot of liberal Democratic legislation.

  • what the hell are you talking about! let me dumb it down for you. first they say more gun restriction. then they try to pass a bill to add less restrictions to guns. ok you still with me. then it doesnt pass. now nothings changed. now the reality isnt the opposite nothing happened its still the same. now acknowledge your a idiot and dont know what your talking about. have a good day sir

  • * first they say more gun restriction *

Um, who said this, and when?

    * now nothings changed *

There are 58 senators who voted to expand gun rights. That should make people concerned about 2nd Amendment rights feel better. It should put to rest some of the hysterical fears on the right. And it will, for all except those who believe in wild conspiracy theories.

  • you just fucking said more gun restrictions u idiot. o god ur truly are a idiot great 58 senators voted for it it didnt pass so nothing changed i cant dumb it down any further if i say lets take a vote to give you a dollar and 58 people vote yes and you need sixty you dont get a dollar so hence nothing changes

  • I'd like a link to each of the U.S. Senators that voted to expand gun rights, quite frankly I belive you're full of shit.

  • Link added to description with votes. Though you could have found that yourself if you bothered to take the time...like 15 seconds it took me to find it. Though it was a setup. The senators that voted for this were given permission by their masters so they could look like they were for us little people.

  • Thanks for the link, I hope people look at it and see that more than half of the Democrats in the Senate voted against giving back a Constitutional right. How anybody can look at something so simple as that link and not be disgusted with the Democratic party is beyond belief.

  • Its kinda the same thing as saying you can only drive in Arizona if you have a Arizona license even though its legal in every state to drive. And driving isn't even a right, its a privilege. The brainwashed sheep argument I always get is "the bill of rights says you can have a gun, it doesn't say you can carry it", to them carry is a privilege and not a right. I guess the keep and BEAR part was a typo.

  • OK...for what? We call they laugh. We write they laugh. We protest they laugh. We vote they laugh.

    So what action is left?

  • Comment removed

  • I know what action is left...Videos like this and others are as close as your going to get me to "call others to action" If I was any more blunt or vocal I'd end up in jail...You want that be my guest.

    Webcam will cost you $50.00

  • Time to throw all those assholes out. We don't need the Wall street lawyers and thieves either.

  • my youtube inbox is broken

  • mine too

  • I was sooo disappointed when I learned that this got defeated. CCW carriers have to do so much research to make sure they don't break the law when on vacation or visiting relatives. If there is one way the feds should be allowed to act, allowing citizens to carry in all states is one of them.

  • It's completely withing the "full faith and credit" of the constitution. It would not have violated states rights at all. Sad.

  • By the way, did you like the "message" I sent you awhile back?
