To a degree yes, but almost all humans are smart enough to know the difference and can separate fantasy from real life... kind of like the purple duck. Then again, there are idiots (usually people that either never play video games or they such at them) that act like the green headed duck, and tell people that video games are bad for society. I hate jerks like that. XD

No, it isn't. It was written by TheAnimationEmpire and he also provided the voices. However, the characters are loosely based on Seth MacFarlane's style. So that may be where you see a similarity.

Perhaps, but I don't recognize these characters as anything in particular. Yes, they are similar style of drawings, but that is just how it goes. Those ducks aren't established characters like Bugs Bunny or Snoopy so there was nothing to parody about them. And as far as the setting goes, Beavis and Butthead sat on a couch, watching TV years before anything Seth MacFarlane did made it to air. Plus, this was done almost as a student. Young artists paint the Mona Lisa all the time.
