Actually according to building science you should put insulation at the bottom of the joist and add another layer to cover the bottom otherwise you're risking the condensation and mold on your joists bottom part (especially above crawl space).
they forgot to mention that you should be covered with tyvek suit, or some other coveralls. And wear eye protection. And wash all your clothes seperately several times. And take very long vigorous shower with plenty of soap and scrubbing. Unless you have tough skin you will really feel it later. I know I did. And I did all this to protect myself. Fiborglass SUCKS!!
