I do this with my trainer during strength endurance/cardio days...try doing more of a pushup when you are fully extended on the BOSU ball. Not only will you work your chest/arms, but you'll also fire the stablizers in your abs due to the balancing with the BOSU.
I do the Bosu with a cold PBR. Works well.
