Well I just found out this way.Make The Logo in Paint or anything.Then Import it into Movie maker then save it as a movie file.and upload it to YouTube.then set it as the Group Image...

Of course, if you're a YT Partner, you can change the thumbnail on any Video/YT Group by your very own customized picture to make it a thumbnail.
