  • your a violinist and ripped too? awesome, good music :) anyways, how much do these bars cost?

  • Great upload, thanks!

  • 1:30 << for shits and giggles

  • thanks man! you help me a lot :)

  • Thankz Man!

  • how much does the bar cost?

  • I like how you did the pull ups for me.

Otherwise it was useful, thanks. There were to many screws and other bits provided with mine, it was perplexing.

  • Hey , can this be attached to walls. Instead of wooden panels i have cment

  • NO offense intended and GREAT vid by the way it really helped me :D !

  • YAY!! FIRST ASIAN I HEAR/See with the....ummm Australian or NZ accent!! WOO!

  • I feel silly now for putting in the screws on my door frame.

  • i wan to ask when installing do u need to take off the rubber at the two side or jus leave it?

  • cool how much are those joints

  • hey man thanks for the video,

any ideas on how much u should lower it from the door-top?

i lowered it like 10 cm ,my hand fit there perfectly, but iam feeling like its very hard to do it , is there a standard? or something like that

  • Is it true that attaching ankle weights to yourself while using one of these, will stretch out your legs slightly? And/or increase leg muscle?

  • ahahahahahahahahaha

  • oh and btw when i hang from this my hands hurt after... should i use chalk? and one more thing the screws what they are usefull for? sorry for my english

  • anyone else over 100kg?

  • Your cute, i'm gonna buy one right now :)

  • i just got mine today , so far so good ! thanks for the video it helped me decide to buy one .

  • is it easy to install?

  • Soooooo cute, I love your accent.

  • His form is shocking doing those chin ups at the start.

  • hey i just got 1 of them :D and they are awesome! do you got some good tips for doing push ups and fow how long you should be doing like 10 and then go higher and higher :o Thanks bro!

    - Zymbia

  • I want to buy a chin up bar but dos it leave marks on the door or something? I dont want the house owner get mad if it ruins the door.. (sorry my bad english)

  • Comment removed

  • thanks bro!

  • What good does a Static Hang do for you?

  • @Bartwow76 Builds grip and core strength, coz yer wrists and core have ta keep u frm swaying. :D

  • I watched this just to see you do chin ups and hear your accent :D

  • Thank you so much for this video. I guess I'm super-stupid, but I couldn't figure out how to secure this thing in the doorframe without the screws and was thinking about returning that thing to the shop. Now I'm totally happy.

  • This won't work well if your a tall guy eh?

  • sick vid man thanks alot

  • hey ,

i think i got the exact same bar as you but mine says i have to install the cup things on my door before use and ive tried that but i cant drill into my door frame so i tried it without the cup things on another doorframe and it works and when i tighten it onto the door frame it makes a werid noise like its going to snap the frame , do u think i should carry on using it or what ?

  • Awesome Video!!

Check my Channel i just made a PULL UP VIDEO!!!

  • I'm 100.17kg... :(

  • so it should work for someone who weighs +-65 kilos, cause i'm considering buying one. only thing is the height, i'll probably have to bend my legs while doing pull ups then

  • @idunohhy it s prob stripped

  • Hey dude, i have one of these bars and ive been using them for a while. but today i found out when i cant tighten it anymore when i try to turn it from the inside. it just keeps turning and turning with no sign of tightening. i tried taking it apart and putting it back together but it still cant be tightened. could you help me with this problem?

    thanks loads

  • Hi. If you've taken it apart and taken that middle screw out, it's very hard to fix it all back into place. I did it about 4 years ago, but I can't remember how. All I remember is that it took a good hour. I'd recommend buying a new one.

  • @jennennk

Im not sure whether its the exact same model, but my one consists of two bars that can be unscrewed out at the side, the centre bar, and a threaded rod inside. By simply unscrewing the centre bar from the threaded rod, i had efficiently taken all the components apart. However im still not sure what the problem is. Could you tell me if the threaded rod had any attachments to it? I remember that there was a tiny part covered by a exterior covering, and i removed it because it was broken

  • i laughed when i saw hes hair :D

  • do you have to use pin

  • what are my options for this kind of setup if i weigh more than 100kg?

  • Thanks man ;)

  • Hey Bruce Lee, is it safe ?

  • This is safe, as long as you're not stupid. As I show in my demonstration, it's important to check that the bar is secure first, before raising your feet too far off the ground.

  • Is this thing really safe? I have seen people on youtube fall down and injured themself with this tool.

  • okay ive tried the iron gym (didnt fit door)

ive tried the Perfect Multi Gym (worked but started to make indents in wall and can hear it about to puncture a hole or seperate the wall from the frame)

the types ive tried are the wrap around styles that somewat wrap the door but they stress the wall above the door frame a ton

does this kind need bolts and screws to keep it on secureley or can i just twist it tight on like you did in the video and use it like that only?

  • Yes, exactly as I've shown in the video - hence the reason for the video.

  • Your hott :)

  • damn it looks scary if it slips knees wil break

  • do you have to take the bar down everytime you need to use the door?

  • Hi. Depends on where you install it. I install it on the outer part of the door frame, that way my door can always close even though it is permanently there. Hope that helps.

  • can that metal thing really hold a lot of weight.

  • @paramore0907 220 lb weight limit

  • will that leave a huge mark on your door?

  • Hi. No, the rubber marks protect the doorway from damage. The slight marks that may be left can be cleaned off with alcohol. Thanks.

  • @jennennk Thank you for taking time to upload this video man. But, if I can ask a question, is there any particular Chin-up Bar you recommend?

  • Can you do hadokens? you have the look

  • No, I can't. Nothing comes out when I try.

  • @kuhne LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • hey great video, i just bought myself one of these, can't wait to try it out. Glad to see it functions well. I was half afraid id be half way through a pull up and end up on the floor due to it falling out of place :P

  • Was turning the bar completely vertical at 00:52 really necessary?

  • @IBascom it looked bad ass

  • @DrBrianSumpton Haha agreed.

  • good vid man !

  • You're doing it wrong to be hones, when you go down your arms aren't suppose to be fully stretched they need to be a little over 90 degrees and then go back up. don't straighten your arms because you can get muscle injuries!

  • I have this and it's very helpfull

  • @dannycena

Hi may i ask if you need to install any bracket onto the door frame to mount it? Or is it just the bar itself that comes when u ordered?

  • CAN U USE INVERSION BOOTS WITH THIS CHIN UP BAR?!

  • Thanks dude :D It work now :P

  • jacked =]

  • WOOOO HOOOO ALLTIGHT! BADASS MAN

  • you should get also the height increasing shoes :=)

  • ...an asian austrailian. That's a new one on me..

  • @gandolflitke what an ignorant comment... it's just like how you have asians in america who have american accents... do you think australia only has white people?

  • @Xinoutorah dont worry about it bro im 13 and i have close to same thing he has perfectly safe

  • couple questions:

whats the weight limit on this?

I noticed the bar was moving up while you were doing your thing, is it likely to snap in half after long term use?

  • can it attach onto walls?

  • link is broken

  • "We also sell men's height-increasing shoes" AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAA

  • does it work on wooden frame?

  • question number one is it safe, doesn't look too safe

  • got mine...now im really happy..

  • is this legit? no scam?

  • draw a pussy to the top of your doorframe so when you are losing strenght thats the inspiration, you have to pull yourself up to get to the pussy ! :D

    im thinking about getting one

  • @mindennevfoglalt What a pussy.

  • @mindennevfoglalt you have a very dirty mind! bad boy! ;)

  • the best thing about this bar is that no screws or tools are required for the setup.... 3 seconds later...

    Here are the screws.

lol - just so everybody knows. The screws are for extra security, if the user wants that

  • @Xinoutorah ouch LMFAO

  • @IRmShaDe Teehee...

  • where can i buy this pls im desperate :D

  • @Xinoutorah get a grip on your self dude, you sound like a fukin pussy

  • @IntenseSoldier I'm a chick. And you #FAIL

  • installing is the easy part, its getting the motivation to use it thats the hard part.

  • @ctrlaltdlt01 put it in a doorway you go through alot and do two or three everytime you pass it

  • good video, quite informative.

  • No tools involves... apart from that guy? Am I right? huh? huh?

  • I travel all the time. Definitely getting. The hot gut demo was an added bonus ;)

  • @brradsullivan u stepped into another dimension

  • @brradsullivan Dude , don't be racist man .

  • i received this yesterday and its safe 100%

  • It's embarrasing how helpful this video was :) Thanks a milion man! Real cool.

  • nice demonstration man

  • can i use this if my head touches the top of the doorway?

  • i got one of these recently, they are a great product.

i weigh 88kg and i can use it without the additional supports that come with it, however i use them anyway, just because i can i suppose.... good stuff really strong and very versatile... if you have a larger doorway it will probably fit it because it extends fairly far.

anyways. id recommend it, great deal for the price as well.

  • These? Brand name please.

  • @Dunkhelzan

    Zon Chin-Up Bar

  • i cant believe nothing like this is available in the U.S. can someone prove me wrong? A screwless chin up bar that gets tightened from the inside?

  • Fucking make one you useless piece of shit or improvise!

  • why don't you go back to ancient time where you have to make everything yourself? ;)

  • And how do you propose that I go back in time you retard.

  • too easy; follow these steps: go to your room, close the door and all the windows, burn some charcoal, and relax. =)

  • @Gunnar00 Search "Sunny Health & Fitness Door Way Chin Up" on Amazon.com.

  • @Paitsch Thanks for the suggestion bro but it seems that bar also requires mounting (with screws). Check the reviews.

  • thanks

  • Hey dude, thank you very much for your video, it helped me a lot!

  • Thanks dude, im gonna get my climbing muscles sorted!!!! plus nice moves :)

  • what brand is this bar? can it be bought in the US?

  • It's safe if you know how to put it on. And even if you somehow fuck it up and it stays loose you'll fall on your feet anyway so you won't get hurt (unless you're doing some retarded shit on it).

  • Excellent!!! thanks for posting, I am getting this type for sure!

  • i still don't understand how this works?

is there hooks or something in the doorway?

get back to me . cheers.

  • u twist the sides and the bar gets longer

  • i need to lose some weight first, i'm 90kg at the momment! Anyway bro, does that attach to the sides?

  • lol dosnt seem safe? theres some like dat with a thing you atatch to the door and it acts like a seating thing you slide he ends on the bar in the sloted metal plate atatched on the door and it looks to be safe just worry about breaking my door and fallin on my ass

  • haha im gettin one for x mas. what muscle groups does pull ups work?

  • biceps, back and lats

  • @dude24122 this is no good for you, it doesnt work ur brain at all

  • @dude24122

Chin ups work biceps (palms facing you), Pull ups (palms facing away) work triceps.

  • no both exercises target bicep . Pull ups work back and forearms more though.

  • @philw132 they work both musckes lol. just each exercise works more the other.

  • had it for about 4 days ;

works perfectly - does not move and i'll repeat - does not MOVE at all after locking it. And it ain't a pain in the butt to loosen | tighten either .

    Awesome.

  • i got one today but it came with screws but its the same one as this guys should i just use it without the screws?

  • Hey tnice i see this bar many places but didnt look to good but now i can go get it thanks!!! and has anyone told you that you look like Xin sarith wuku like the EMC martial artist URBAN NINJA SON!!!

  • Please post where you bought them, brand and price.

  • i just brought one of these off Ebay. installed it and everything even drilled in the holes but im still get scared when im doing pull ups that the whole thing is just gonna snap on me haha.

  • hi .. can anybody tell me how to buy one in the US. All the ones that I have seen, need drilling holes into the door ways.

  • just ordered one online, ill post some feedback when i get it

  • Does anybody know the exact brand name of this chinning bar? It's like over 50 dollars shipping it state side and I don't necessarily find it very practical to pay almost 100 dollars for a bar :P

  • uhhh. i think u guys are completely missing the point of the video. its not 'how to do chinups'. he's probably bigger then half you fuckers anyway

  • @gongtatoot hes a tiny asian of course the bar wont slip off.

  • @LaRezNar Lol how is he tiny?? Just koz u say ur bigger even though ur probably lying, he is NOT tiny, stop implying things that r untrue...
