I disagree with the negative reviews. I find this performance just as amazing as the one on my CD, and I listened to both consecutively. Not to mention that the CD is, as others pointed out, pre-recorded. Having somewhat of an understanding of the musical, I think that the whole song is portrayed perfectly. You did this amazingly well, and it really is like a "confrontation" :) Keep up the good work in singing/theatre! (Sorry, I spell it the old-fashioned way.)

This is awesome, especially the quick voice changes. I'm a decent actor myself and currently working on a reproduction of the Phantom of the Opera, me as Erik. You just have to flip out and go crazy with such demented characters, so I extremely applaud you.

Pretty good but I could have lived without the screaming between the transitions. Try to project that energy with the subtleties of your voice and your actions. The number one mistake I see with this piece is the over-doing of the Hyde voice. This one's not as a bad in that department as some of the other ones, but pull it back a little and make the conflict a bit more cerebral.

I really like the fact that you brought CONFRONTATION to life, and not "Watch hyde give a beatdown on Jekyll". You truely gave a personality to each character, and emphasized that BOTH JEKYLL AND HYDE want control, no that Jekyll is losing control. It's a very difficult thing to do with Jekyll's part, to make sure he is just as desparate and strong as his alternate personality.

I honestly think this is one of the best "Confrontation"s on YouTube. Your singing is great of course, but it's the acting that really sets it apart. I really felt the desperation in Jekyll's voice and the icy cruelty in Hyde's. And the "transformations" really seemed like two personalities violently fighting for control over the same body, rather than just an actor facing different ways and changing their voice. You really made it believably a battle, and that sold the whole thing. Major props.

the only reason i say that is cause it adds to much light to the performance. it is supposed to be a dark musical. My old high school is doing this show and i went home to work on it over my break. i sat down with the lighting designer and we are covering the pit so that doesn't happen. but if the show turned out well then i guess your right it doesn't matter

This is my all time favorite show and role of any musical ever performed. My favorite part to watch and perform. I don't often hand out compliments when it comes to this part, especially for Hyde, but this was wonderful. I rarely see someone that manages to do so well at this part. Everyone seems to get Jekyll with little difficulty but few can do Hyde justice. I very much enjoyed watching this.

Its hard not too I think because his character is so large and out of this world, my personal opinion too. I did this intentionally firstly to distinguish with characters easily and secondly to show the contrasts between both characters. Hyde is a horribly large character thats what I tried to show here, thanks for the comment

I think your choice for Hyde's voice was great! It was like Anthony Warlow's portrayal... His jekyll was meek and quiet, and Hyde had a gruff, throaty voice.

Simply astonishing. That was the most convincing Hyde and Jekyll confrontation I've seen, and though my theatre experiance is not overly vast, I have seen one or two good ones in my experience. Not to mention done musically, but to also get across the dicotamy of the character so well, without falling into the trap of similar vocal harmonics...raw talent. Amazing job.
