They changed it, the first time I saw them together in 94 at the Orange Bowl in Orlando yhey played the British Anthem as Elton walked from the back to one side, then the Star Spangled banner when Billy came out. they then played a generic "march" as they walked to the center of the stage to shake hands and walk to their respected pianos.. INCREDIBLE show.

I was TOTALLY at this show and I LOVED it. It was great seeing such great and legendary musicians rock out on stage for about 3 and a half hours
