Well, first off, these are monsters in the training ground you start off in when you create a new elf character. They're essentially raccoons. xD

Second, the skill's not terribly powerful unless you really focus on ranking it up.

the quests to become a falcon elf are mildly difficult, so it's only hard depending on how strong you are
