Hi Brodie,

I'm an ex Ultimate player - having hit the 40 plus age group the knees gave up the ghost. 10 years after finishing playing I still dream about playing. If there really is a heaven, I believe frisbee will be the offical sanctioned game - play by the spirit.

Great Video. Thanks for posting. At 3:52 however, the guy on offense is knocked out cold (watch the head bounce). He makes initially makes the catch and is stripped by a defender who is playing so aggressively, he crushes the dude unconscious.If you have to do that, you didn't have position, the necessary speed or if you have both of those things, then you just don't have a play on the disc because it was thrown well and the cut was the right cut. Ridiculous.Love it though, 20 + years of play

@XtrEmeAlTiTudE ultimate is a great combination of different sports, making of it (for me) the best sport ever created! if you wanna know more about ultimate frisbee you should check out the USA ultimate webpage or the world flying disc federation...it´s not hard to learn the rules :)

@XtrEmeAlTiTudE its kinda like football since both teams start at opposite ends. then one team "pulls" the disk (throws it) to the other team. The other team then throws the frisbee up the field. Once you catch the frisbee you cannot move. you only have a pivot foot like in basketball. If you catch it you have 10 seconds to throw it and if you dont it is a turnover. there are more rules but these are the basics.

@XtrEmeAlTiTudE Its basically soccer/ football you have to throw the Frisbee down the field to the "touch down" i guess you could call it but if you have the Frisbee you just cant run with it you have to throw it to a teammate down field and try to score. Hope this helped :)
