  • @AJ11JON3SY Hey, I am 17 myself and i started working out at 14. You can train at your age, just don't do heavy overhead movements like military press and stuff like that.

    And do not train like Yates did in this video HIT is not good for you, you can start doing HIT when you are like 18, just stick to lower weights and 8-12 reps.

    Whey Protein is the only supp you will need, maybe later creatine.

    Use the Whey postworkout. But the majority of your Protein should come from whole foods
