X-Mini Max II Capsule Speakers - Small But Powerful As Hell

Awesome review! I'm trying to decide between the x-mini II capsule speaker and the x-mini max II capsule speakers right now, so I'm glad you compared them, but I still can't decide! I'm looking for resounding sound and good bass as a supplement to built-in macbook pro speakers, as well as a portable iPod speaker. I'm even debating buying two of the non-max version for a daisy chain if the sound/bass will be better than the max speakers. Any thoughts?

just to clarify things, these work with ANY device that has a standard 3.5mm jack (headphones). They will not work with 2.5mm jacks (most cell phones) unless you have an adapter

When you're talking small speakers, bass is generally the thing they lack, so bass is more relevant.

Yes true but I was saying in general there are alot of people think that the bass is everything. If any, the tweeters need more.

You never hear people saying 'oh this song has really nice treble'.
