In Chinese Fei means flying, and long means dragon, and Bruce Lee's Chinese names means Lee little dragon. Also his move of brushes his nose is a signature move of Bruce, also his voice.

watch a bruce lee movie note the unique way he brushes his nose with his finger before any fight and then see how fei long does the exact same during his intro before a fight in sfiv.

I think a lot of this bracket is luck, I just sent cammy against every opponent (including Seth) and only E. Honda, Dan, and Zangief won against her. Goes to show bottom tier's aren't neccesarily bad :3
