This company was raided by the Arizona Attorney office, the police, and the US Postal Inspectors o April 13, 2010. Leslie Spencer Mersky is now being held without bail in jail. More arrests are forthcoming. They are looking for Dave Weaver, David Mersky, Vince Mcclain, Ray Petty, Marci Bennett, Christina Saldana, and on and on. Over 80,000 people are thought to have had their money stolen through this fraudulent company and it's LLC's.

Bankcard Empire sells no marketing packages or home based businesses. Bankcard Empire pays out commissions to those affiliates who joined the home based business opportunity and sent leads resulting in a credit card machine placement.

Bankcard Empire is a HUGE scam company. Last April they scammed over $15,000 from me. I've seen on the internet how they've also scammed many other people and have an F rating on the BBB. This company needs shut down!! I want my money back!!!
