All I can say is that I wish you luck. I thought I should challenge you gently like a 'Devils Advocate' to inspire you with some defensive ideas for your arguments. Obviously, you will need evidence to back your claims and are you 'sailing in stormy waters' when trying to tackle and challenge these huge corporations. @samthomalan more lawsuits have been filed recently - the evil greedy people from the united hates of amurderca can all suck it big time - i hate this country - death to amurderca!
@deaninspain i was in the gifted programs in school - i understand all the complexities quite well - the viral load test is not accurate - there are people who are hiv negative who have viral load counts - and it does not take a genius to figure out that if somebody does not test hiv positive but has a viral load count, then something is wrong with the tests and also with the research that the tests are based upon - politicians lie about things and keep things out of courtrooms
2. Each person interacts with medication differently, depending on their own individual toxicology and circumstances. If you have your own interaction issues with types of drugs this will also be asked about, I would think. Also, if you consume any amount of alcohol or any other drugs, illegal or nor, this itself will effect the way your body deals with the medications.
3. HIV medication is extremely complex and and still experimental.Before, the medication was a lot worse with more bad effects
@samthomalan so lets say we put Bono or Magic Johnson or Annie Lennox in the witness chair - and we ask each of them to tell us about the packaging information - what will the jury think then? yes, each person does interact differently with harmful chemicals, some die very quickly from them, while others become disabled over time as the chemicals daily erode the cells of the bodies organs - sure, there is the initial phase with some where any parasitic or fungal infections are wiped out - cont.
@samthomalan these chemical compounds can act against many types of cells killing them off - but just like any other chemotherapy or antibiotic over time the therapy affects all the healthy cells and we see that in wasting syndrome and liver failure and brain damage and intestinal damage and skin changes - can we ask the celebrities once more about all these later affects which are not in the trial data because clinical trials are generally just 3 months on hiv drugs
I have listened to you video with interest and my heart felt sympathy goes out to you, as a fellow HIV sufferer. I will, however, have to make some comments I would like you to consider before you dive in with a lawsuit against these pharmaceutical companies.
1. Most medications make it clear in the information provided with the packaging on known and possible adverse affects. This itself will probably be a major defence in their favour. This, as confusing it can be, will stand up in court
Zerit has been withdrawn from the market FINALLY because it causes severe facial and buttocks wasting. I was on it for years!! Why can't we SUE the drug companies once the drugs are PROVEN to be so harmful?!! Anyone have any idea how to go about doing that?!!
You are a hero. The world needs you! Drs are on the front line,they are the ones who should have known first something wasn't right! How do you observe mulyiple patients for years and not notice a pattern of decline, or that hostile, non-compliant patients are doing better than the medicated ones? Negligence is shared by both parties.Pharmacologists should have known that giving someone immune suppressive drugs causes symptoms?Everyone looked the other way for 30yrs! Justice Now, we can do it!
