It can be confusing at first since you're also hearing his voice, but its like this: A Let's Play video is a video of yourself playing a game, usually with commentary. The guys from retsupurae take the worst of these videos (like this one) and comment on that. Think MST3K, but with videogames.

Whatever software he uses he only knows how to copy and paste entities, which are the things that interact with player like chainchomps, flames, the falling bricks, ext. He'd have to use a different software or go into the advanced or something to actually change the architecture

Here's the sad part: Kaizo Mario World is a better game than this. Not because it changed more, but because beating it actually required *skill* (or constant save-stating). There's no skill in not using a cannon at certain times. There's no skill in dodging a bunch of Chain Chomps. Carrying a baby Yoshi through a level sucks as far as gameplay is concerned, but it does require skill to do. This doesn't require skill; it's just a bunch of crap.

It's funny how prophetic your commentary is here, because he actually IS working on a sequel. In Omegaedge29's defense, the tool (I assume) he used to make this is actually a dick to use. It has a limited number of objects to work with in the level (which he wasted on chain chomps) and changing the level's terrain (which he shockingly enough, appears to be doing in the sequel) is a whole other ordeal in itself.
