I know all about it --- the IAV requirement for C-130 transportability was quietly deleted in 2000 when nobody was looking, and the GAO exposed that Strykers weren't C-130 transportable in 2004.
The latter was reported in the Aviation Week news article, "Strykers Weigh Too Much For C-130 Transport, GAO Says" (August 17, 2004).

Does this mean that we are going to leave them with the Iraqi and Afghanis when we leave? Or will they transport them by ship?
Might be a nice way to leave an inferior vehicle with people who might become our enemies again after we leave.
