im 23, male, 170lbs/77kg, 5'11/180cm and i can do 70 diamond pushups in a row. all the way down all the way up. i really go all out to complete 70 diamond pushups in a row. i find it really difficult to continue when i reach 55 but then i struggle all out while maintaning perfect form and motion and i get 70 diamond pushups. whats your opinion?
teach them correct techniqe and form before challenging them. worst push ups ive ever seen.
