At 0:07, you can see some what appear to be white trailers on the side of the Pentagon, and that's the side that got hit.

@really483 They were not inexperienced in flying, they had flight training, I took controls of a light aircraft at 15 without any previous experience, I know that is not the same a airliner but I cannot see why that should be a problem, its not like they had to navigate and land safely, all they needed to do is steer the plane toward a visible target and keep it in sight, would that be that difficult for someone who is not worried if he screws up? he is going to die anyway.
