I absolutely LOVE Michael Richards. Today I wanted to see this act again as I remembered it from the 90's, only to se all over the internet Michael Richards racist act. I watch the video, then his apologies and feel so sorry for him. As for myself, I don't think and cannot beleive a second that Michael is anywhere near a racist. I think, that he pushes the limits and this time he just lost it.

I will continue to love him and his acts like this one for ever. I totally forgive you Michael.

Michael RIchard looks quite younger here than in his seinfeld days, much much youger than he looks now. Also at 0:32. Richard seems to have a small head for a guy of his height or maybe Jay Leno has a huge head, and Richard seems to be pretty wide or maybe he doesn't have much of a neck. And lastly I never thought Jay Leno was funny, I found him fake and his voice and humor irritating.

Just for the record, if this was from 1989 Carson was still host of the Tonight Show and Leno was filling in . As others here have said, Richards and Larry David were on the ABC show "Fridays" from the early 80's and that is undoubtedly how Richards came to be on Seinfeld.

I could watch Michael do this all day long, he is a master of physical comedy. Right up there with Tim Conway etc. This stuff blows away comedians that just swear and are vulgar, it takes zero talent to do that. I have always liked quirky, goofy comedians better. He clearly is not a good "stand up" comedian, evident by his racist comments, I'm not defending him, I think you just get caught up in the moment, and not being a good joke/story teller it all blew up in his face. Give him a break!
