Well, a little brightness might be bettter (since your asking for quality tips I might as well give you some) other than that the quality is good. Also, try raising the Hue & Saturation of the clip in Sony Vegas, it makes it more colourful. Dunno if it works in GoW but it makes my CoD4 videos ALOT better.
gameplay was beast but quality.. ehh not so much.
