You are correct! I was referring to rounds per minute. To have a full auto legally as a civilian you need to have a permit (if it's legal in your state) and then the actual parts. A full auto M16 is still only $15000. I say only because they have been at that same price for the last 5 years, maybe longer.
My Bushmaster bumps really well from the shoulder; it's an A2 stock varminter lower, and a DPMS upper with High-Standard handguards.
But kinda pregnant could be pulled off, but you'd have to fool everyone, which would take a bulge, which would mean something has gotta get stuck somewhere... and I hope you see where I'm going with this.

Well it's faster than semi auto but not as fast as full auto, based on cyclic rate of fire.
