Why the Goverment`s spend money, to go to Mar`s

etc:, they should start with, the planet earth. I really do not beleive how they get away with leaving the people on Earth, to die in pain.But getting to the moon,Geneva experiment costing multy Billion`s,all this money should have been used,to help, here. Why do they think, any one on another planet,would like them as neigbour`s, is beyond me.
