It is a very bold thing to say that:

"N. Korea only has I.C.B.M.s with nuclear weapons, simply because America didn't attack them again."

Even for the President.

That's like saying, the U.K. only formed together because America stopped thier march when Berlin fell.

So N. Korea only became evil and decided to start nukes because of Bush? Get real. Kim Jong Il has wanted nukes forever.

N. Korea is restarting their nuke program because they think Barack is going to win...no consequences. Barack will just let it go.

I'm more concerned about what the S.C.O. will think if N. Korea ignores and/or takes hostile action against N.A.T.O.

With that said, what will Iran think about it, or India?

The S.C.O. is in the process of, shall I say "recruiting" India, Iran and Mongolia.

;and already consists of Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.

So, Obamas actions on N. Korea is a drop of water in the ocean, when compared to what the S.C.O. may do.
