Hopefully Nogale's third best runner Francisco can also step up and run a time of 4:30. Currently he is running a time of 4:47 which is good for a sophmore. If he is capable of stepping up Nogales will dominate this years track season. They will make an unstopabble trio of runners. They will be unbeatable and unseparable. GOOD LUCK beating those three runners when they run togther. GOOD LUCK NOGALES. It is time for you guys to show what you guys are capable of.

If you are wondering I am not a Nogales runner or a Nogales fan. I go for Rowland but Nogales receives no credit for all their hard work. This year Nogales will show what they are capable of in track season. Thanks to their new coach Mark Batres. Who is one of the top runners in California and in the Nation. I believe that they have unlocked Joseph's and Paul's true potential. They will truly be a force to be reconed with.

Hopefully Paul and Joseph recover fully from their injuries so that they can make CIF in Cross Country. They are capable of running 16:20 at Mt. Sac.

Nogales top two runners will make CIF and will perform really good. They will also beat Rowland and South Hills top runners in track.

Nogales top two runners Paul Marquez and Joseph Gomez will dominate in the 07-08 season. Their mile times have improved dramatically. Paul is capable of running a mile time of 4:30 while Joseph is capable of running a 4:35 mile.
