Sorry, but almost all of the cars shown are useless except as suppliers of parts to cars that CAN be saved and driven again. Most are too stripped/weathered to be economically restored; even if one tried it, the resto would probably be abandoned halfway once the real condition and/or cost was realized.

Look just face it, These early holdens were absolute rubbish,They were little they were under powered had nothing going for them at all but us dumb Aussies bought them in the thousands,they did not do anything for me, only that the FC & FB were ok looking, the EH that everyone liked looked to me like a shoebox, then we got the falcon that at least had a bit more but was not designed to travel the vast distance that we made them do,
@critchley3819 I disagree the design of the early holdens was far more modern than the american style 60"s falcon that ford slightly remodeled for the aussie market its well known that the xl, xm & xp models fell apart on the aussie roads they weren't designed for thr the harsh conditions here

@GreenJ61 If that pic is from America, that was someone's private import; oficially, the first left hand drive Holden was the FB. I doubt it's factory stock, as the wheels on it are from a Torana, for a start. I just wish the steering column was still in it to help solve the mystery.
If many of those cars are " sleeping " . If no body does anything with them anytime soon, the cars will eventually endure a slumber where they are never to be woken. Its Sad.
The 61 Starliner at 1:33 is my picture. I took that a couple of years ago. It's a 390 three speed overdrive car. Still in that same spot. Still trying to buy it. Dirtcar80.

0:50 Is a 1958 FC Holden Special, made in Australia by GMH. Looks like a Chev tho', early Holden's took a lot of their styling from GMC.
