You should also consider that you're sacrificing bass power for this, not alot, but a bit.

The LEDs start to melt, because you didn't put a resistor, or a resistor of the right ohms.

I've put 4 Red LEDs in mine, I used 330 Resistors, and they all stay the same strength.

Depending on how many LEDS you use, and how you configure them.

4 banks of 1 = 320 to 350 roughly for the resistors

4 banks of 3, should be about 180.

You need to work out what you're doing before you throw things into a sub like this.

You should be able to tap your sub cone, and watch the LEDs turn on aswell.

unless you built a circuit for the led's, youre putting a load on the amp that would eventually short out your amp

Set the Subwoofer on the floor for best audio image. And it's magnetic, so don't put your games near it.

and where have you learned that? magnetics can not fuck with a cd buddy, data is not written to a cd/dvd with a magnet, but with a LASER. the data is PHYSICALLY on the cd, burned into a thin layer of acrylic

@andrey2k8 All you have to do is open up the sub and connect the LED's to the sub output. Its not the best idea though as you will more than likely blow out the LED's and they will put more of a load on the subs amp.
