I love this game but how come at the end, Andross wasn;t in the clouds smirking, because that shows when I beat the game...unless I didn't beat it?

@yunXhee because there are 2 endings, 1 is where you fight andross's robot that really isn't him, and you fight his brain form (thats the real andross) in the former he laughs because he's still alive, in this ending he's really dead.

You know how many times I've beaten this game in my life? I'd say about 1,000 times at least. My highest score ever was about 1,400. You know how much I gave a shit about score when I played this game? Zero, and yet I played it over and over again, not to go for a some high score, which I'm sure is super trivial and annoying to get, but because the game is fucking sweet. Any people who think they're super sweet for getting a high score and want to rub it in someones face, can personally suck...

I still believe there are no better games then the good old n64 games! MW2 and Red Dead Redemption are fine and all, but i cant imagine going back 10 years from now and playing those games again. now this is a game i got years ago, but picked up the other day and STILL loved it! i don't know how they can not make games like this any more...

Nah don't worry; scores of 3100+ are 100% gamesharked scores.

The highest real score I've heard of is 3008 by a Japanese player. I'm about 100 points shy of that with 2907 though.

Get to Venom 2. To get there, you need to at least get through Area 6. Either don't let the Great Fox get hit by the missile or blow up the train by hitting the switches.

4:22 to the end. most hard hitting intense part i think i know what you mean sad and happy at the same time. it makes me think of "the good ol' days" especially when they remind us this was made in 1997 (another hard hitting moment). This game was a classic and i still play it today and thanks for making the video, now i dont have to play through the game to get there. =)
