The shingles do take awhile. I made a small mould of a section 3x5, should of made it larger though, it is also hard to pour a consistent thickness in the mould.
The old fashion way still comes out the best; one at a time, not for the impatient at heart.
The tune - I think, is a lead-in tune that plays on Q for one of their segments. They have a youtube channel Qtv
I only listen to CBC (radio1) and globalTV's news during the news hour (I don't have TV just the audio on the FM radio)

They are use to it.
I published a small book using them. Printed and bound it up there myself.
Paid $30 for a card of 1,000 photocopies at a time (they supplied the paper.) I used bond cardstock for the cover and just photocopied it too.
