to lethbptl: sorry I thought that I reconized the place as being the music store that I mentioned in my post. John King is an outstanding bassplayer and I wasn't at all trying to downplay his talent.

The bassplayer is simply awsome. This particuliar place vvhere this video was shot at a place just outside of Philly called "Bass Specialties" The store actually has some wonderful mid-high end equiptment,BUT, the store owner is a complete jerk! He truley lacks almost some basic customer service skills. Plus he has alienated the almost entire bass community of Philly! Most of us don't even go there anymore!

That guy is the SICKNESS! This is the only cat other than abraham libreal (probably spelled that wrong) to use percussive bass playing and still stay true to the bass. CRAZY GOOD!
