What are your FSX display settings? Rendering in 1080p is not worth doing unless you had your FS display setting at a 1080p resolution, and to be honest it does not look like that was the case.

Nice video but that is lag not Sony Vegas, you can see the lag and you can see the NewBlueFX Motion too. But FSX is a hard game to run
