Purrkur Pillnikk was the eminent Punk band of Iceland ever,
so far no local band has been able to match them.
Tappi Tikarass was something special,young and fresh at the time with the great singer BJÖRK.
Kukl and Sugarcubes evolved out of these bands and took the Icelandic New Music further on to the International stage.
This was the birth and now these babies carry
the music magic into the generations to come.

No. This was a special documentary from the Icelandic TV (I think).
