Good video, I find it harder to set heavier deafalls, and also find it hard to find logs heavy enough or rocks the right shape. have you caught things with these deadfalls?
the wind was something fierce yesterday, I actually went out to a woodlot to shoot but had to go to back to the yard because the wind was blowing some limbs down,,,

The father back under the weight the tip of the bait stick is the less the crushing force of the weight when it falls. Just something to consider.
