what would you say to the argument that your life is completely meaningless and has no objective value whatsoever so long as there is no intelligence in the laws of nature?
the whole scientific process of being able to prove your own intelligence comes from gathering sophisticated mathematical trends in the laws of nature. is it not obvious that the laws of nature themselves are the very definition of intelligence? you're just translating them into english to prove things that are egotistical
nice clear video. the gamblers fallasy sort of reminds me a bit of the skinner experiment with randomised feeding paterns for the pigeons producing repetitive behavour. if we keep praying for inevitable events to ocur in an infinite universe they will. just poped in to see how you were.
What would y'all say to the argument that life could not begin from nothing due to the complexity of a cell, and the fact that there is no possible way that a cell can exist without each part? The great thing about being able to say that God is the answer is that you can't prove that He is not. It can be proven however that your ideals are not reasonable due to your own reason and the Word. What you need to ask yourself, is what makes me believe that God does not exist? Where's the proof?
ide say saizai just covered the god of the gaps argument or werent you listening? On your last point the reason why people like you are asking people like me that question is that we allready have and constantly do.
1. Cells can exist just fine with iteratively worse parts. Viz. virii, bacteria, single-celled organisms of all kinds, etc.
2. You can't prove that the FSM isn't the answer either. Unfortunately, neither FSM nor Yahweh provide something that we can use as a theory from which to make new medicines. Current biochemistry does.
3. What do you mean by '[my] ideals are not reasonable'?
4. I have no proof that there is no god. I only say that you don't have proof that there is one. :-)

I don't understand; is this a joke? First I hear static, then I hear nothing.

That's a problem on YouTube's side. Don't know what happened, and I don't have another copy. :-/
When uploaded it was normal, see eg the comments above.
