  • there was no blood

  • It's an ad for a stationary Store in the Dominican Republic FAKE

  • there is a seal but how can a killer whale come that to shore

  • @therre67 Dolphins use a hunting technique (I forget what it's called at this moment) in which they hydroplane close to shore to catch fish that they have herded there. Killer whales are closely related to dolphins and this is probably a similar hunting technique. The video is fake, but that's how they do it.

  • @iWearAmask Killer whales ARE dolphins...

  • @crouchinho15 No, they belong to the same family, but they are not the same species as dolphins. Killer whales are orcinus orca and bottlenose dolphins (just as an example) are tursiops truncatus. They belong to a different genus and species. Definitely not the same.

  • @iWearAmask

    from wiki...

There are almost forty species of dolphin in 17 genera. They vary in size from 1.2 m (4 ft) and 40 kg (90 lb) (Maui's dolphin), up to 9.5 m (30 ft) and 10 tonnes (9.8 long tons; 11 short tons) (the orca or killer whale).

  • @crouchinho15 My apologies. I misinterpreted what you said; yes, they are from the same family (dolphin). My misconception was that you were referring specifically to the bottlenose dolphin.

  • two fins..lol but its a nice fake.

  • Fake. Look at they guys legs as he walls into the water. No splashes from the waves. Really good fake tho. Took some watching.

  • Well, I work in news and this never made it to CNN... so I have to give it a clever nod but a thumbs down. Highly unlikely. Would have made a lead story.

  • If you look there are seals in the water it's fake

  • @Thefireworks777 I noticed the seal also bailed to the right and up the beach making the killer whale think the man was the seal, explain?

  • @wavesmag hmm what do you want me to explain?

  • @Thefireworks777 nip n tuck surgery

  • FAKE cous the guy just disipears you see him one sec go down a lil bit but then he simply dispears ..i saved this video and slowed it down its fake...

  • Fake... The person filming doesn't react or do anything... So fuck you. LOL

  • FAKE, don't waste your time here.

  • Wtf is wrong with you people, its a fake ass commercial in spanish.

  • It's NOT real...simply because MAN is NOT on the Orca's eating list! They know the difference between a human and a sea animal because of their acute sonar signals they send and receive and would not attack anything that gives off the wrong signal.

  • how can the person who's filming this stay so calm?? o.O

  • fake ass

  • fake if you pay attention the guy gets carried into the sand by the wave

  • ok anyone else see the seal fright next to the guy?

  • It is definitely a fake video but YES, killer whales DO hunt like that. They come right up to the shore. It's pretty cool to see if you can catch it on the Discovery Channel. :)

  • @msdolfin8 then why is this fake?

  • fake

  • they cant come that close to shore. its fake. it is a giveaway.

  • @coolgirls441 actually they can and i've seen it before, sadly the video im talking about is the exact same video, but with a seal instead

  • yes very fake just pay attention to the point of impact

  • Very nice, but it is fake.

  • This is fake because the camera man doesn't flinch or scream or drop the camera. He/She ZOOMS in! What human would have that reaction!?

  • @avexdesign Geraldo Rivera

  • Wow people are stupid this is how killer whales hunt for seals they get a run up and lunge at the shallower parts of the shore where seals are. So i guess it was just wrong place at the wrong time

  • KILL DAT UGLY MUTHAFUCKIN WHALE, TODAY!

  • killer whales in argentina hunt seals like this. they swim ashore. prob where they got the whale going on shore and just put a person in.

  • if iti's fake it's a good fake!!

  • it is fake because a killer whale would die if it went to close to the shore

  • This is a Spanish commercial for a pencil company called: "La Sirena" .... The man is walking on the beach and finds a pencil (lapiz) by the company "La Sirena".

  • Its fake there was no blood in the water

  • its a spanish commercial

  • its fake

  • I hope it's my boss

  • @Chucki916 LOL

  • @Chucki916

    LOL

  • fake

  • fake....if you look real close...right before he falls you can see the seals by his feet tryin to get out of the water

  • fake because the camra man wouldnt just stand there

  • @rabys100 i thought the same XD that wuld be pretty stupid

  • ok fake and if it was real he should have seen a giant whale coming to him duh :^)

  • Closer inspection on the actual man/orca impact you can definitely see computer manipulation.

  • @SanFranGirl1982 I thought the same thing.

  • Finally an Orca scores some human bait

  • so yeah its fake...

  • GUYS ITS A FREAKING COMMERCIAL about lucky pencils

the guy went to shore and found a pencil he yells it outloud then in the text it says "not all pencils are lucky, only (insert brand name here) are"

its in spanish by the way...

  • @thebestanthe3rd BAH HA HA HA HA!!!!! Thats awesome!

  • I think this is an orca attack, but on a small seal. You can see the seal just under the titling words asking if it's a fake. The seal travels southward along the shore's fringe for about five feet, then gets hit by the orca. An orca can hydroplane just like dolphins, in order to "swim" in very shallow water. What makes it possibly real, is the flash of the guy's arm as he disappears under water. If you're gonna fake the shot, then it's very well done.

  • its his fault for acting like a seal which orcas eat -_-

  • lol

  • Es realo.

  • Fake, It grabs his legs but the whole body disappears. then there are 2 orcas leaving shore.

  • The one videotaping, even if they didnt run over to help, would at least make some noise. Also, the way they zoom in to make it look like the seal got away kind of gives it away as being fake too. The Orca went to shore, got the seal like they do, and went back in the water. These people just edited that guy falling down and flailing in the water into the other video to make it look like he got attacked.

  • ok come on!?! this is defintley fake beyond a resonable doubt. for one there is no blood secondleyyou can tell this is photoshopped

  • The one reason why this is fake:

The camera holder does not do anything at the sight of a friend or family member being eaten alive. They would at least run over.

  • I also like how this guy sucks at acting, even from a distance. His cliche wave to the cameraman is what really gives it away LOL.

  • It seems the audio would have caught some type of scream under this circumstance since his voice is so loud just previous?

  • It's fake, it's a commercial in Spanish advertising a pencil :D

  • lol pause it at 0:09 the whale was chasing a seal and also got a hold of it,the guy was edited in,do you honestly think the camera guy would of just stood there without a movement .... smh

  • its justin beiber!

  • it looks fake because there's no blood

  • not sure, but this could really happen because orcas do actually beach themselves to get prey.

  • fake and ghay

  • looks pretty real. me and my best friend were cracking up IT HAPPEND OUTTA NOWHERE!

  • its fake because if you look closely at the begining of the video you see the guy or whatever and you see something black right next to his feet when the whale pops up you see it swim away im guessing its a seal

  • I'm thinking its FAKE-This is real though,,,,Ron Paul 2012

  • I've seen this exact video, but the orca was attacking a seal. Killer whales do not attack people.

  • cannot believe the debates over wether this is real or fake. get a grip so fake

  • Its completely fake, Orcas in Argentina use this style of hunting for seals, its a tactic they use to sneak up on them and yes they hunt in pods but 8 whales aren't going to go after the same seal so your not going to see the whole pod, plus you can see the seal so its obviously not trying to attack a human and the reason they attack seals are for the blubber and fat to give them energy, humans don't come close to the nutrition a seal will give them it would actually be a waste of their energy.

  • @lesprite69 you said that it is fake, yet everything you said after that supported what happened in the video as being real. and as you see a seal was there but the whale missed and got the guy

  • @ajb3177 because everything in the video was real except for the guy whos photo shopped in

  • its a whale retard

  • I think this is fake because the person filming had no reaction. If I was filming that, even if it was a stranger, I would be freaking out

  • at 0:08 seconds the mans lower body is erased before the whale can encounter the man.

  • its fake... freeze frame it at 0:09 seconds, its going after a seal. the guy was just put in position of the whale to make the whale shuffling out to sea look like its attacking the person.

  • @jamesrnicholas its a whale bro , sharks are different

  • @ShawtyB0y Its not a whale. Its an Orca. Its the largest of the dolphin family.

  • @hanstelleson1

And dolphins are also whales, they belong to the suborder of whales Odontoceti (toothed whales). Thus the Orco, also known as the "killer WHALE", is indeed a whale.

  • @jamesrnicholas

thats not a skark its a killer whale and they will beach themselves in chase of a seal and this is soooooo fake the whale is real the seal that the whale was after is real the guy was photo shopped in .... and if my buddy was to get eaten by a whale I think I would b making some kinda noise insted of getting good footage

  • @jamesrnicholas what does this have to do with sharks?

  • @jamesrnicholas um it is a whale and yes they can! That is how they catch seals on the beach.

  • @ttaylorssm if you watch discovery channel there is an episode on killer whales. they intentionally breach to heard seals and eat them. There is a specific episode actually where a mother whale was in distress because her pup was stuck from her teaching it to him/her.

  • @jamesrnicholas Troll post is troll.

  • @jamesrnicholas thats not a shark...

  • Guys just stop every milli secound then you see it's no fake and no photoshop because you can see him fall and be taken away. Besides killer whales hunt this way on robs

  • fake a whale wolude be washed up on shore

  • ...the origional states that its fake...
