i used to work here in this hotel(2005),as a kitchen steward. Im now working in Marriott in Carrebbian as a chief steward now. But i love to work in these hotel very much. Staff are all friendly and the hotel arevery clean. Kilala ko pa nga yung ibang chef na nand2 sa video. Fire Place...ako pa nag linis nya noong natapos na gawin. GOOD LUCK sa lahat ng staff ng Hyatt! I mis you all,especially kitchen staff!
Sorry but the "cuisine" was much better at the HYATT REGENCY, wish they never closed that hotel down, it had HISTORY.
