What is Code Geass about?

Kind of hard to explain.

Basically it's based around a boy gaining the power to control people's minds by giving them an order and looking them in the eyes. He then becomes the leader for a terrorist group against  global super power and then it goes on from there.

My description is pretty sucky but the anime is absolutely awesome. If you haven't watched it already, I really reccommend you do.
