If the U.S. Gov was you insurance provider as proposed under HR3200. Then your Health Care Premium Payment Will be included in an ETF. An individual pays their Health Care Premium Payment, many directly from their bank account. Therefore if U.S. Gov is their insurance provider, then the individuals bank account would be linked to U.S. Gov in order to pay for the Health Care Premium Payment mentioned.

The best thing about this bill will be bringing supply and demand into the market place. Every man woman and child will be covered. That's not all. This will be the RFID chip. Read page 1000-1007 on H.R 3200, and page 215 of the Senate Finance Health Bill version. This is the one that passed today to move to Senate Floor. I contacted my Congressman and I was told that the House Bill wasn't the one passed, it was the Finance Senate Bill. Well this one's even worse, because private insurance is much more restricted and if you have too much insurance there's an extra tax included; from what was said today on Beck, it's a 40%tax
