Although Florida is going overboard with ID requirements, this is not a violation of the 4th Amendment. Asking someone for their birth certificate is not an illegal search or seizure. It is to prove who you are. The utility bills are to prove you reside in the state. I'm sure Wyllie still has his Social Security card? The only thing that I can see that went wrong here is that you did not surrender your registration as well. Had you surrendered your tags too there would be no contract and the automobile woulf no longer be classified as a motor vehicle by contract. Otherwise... Great job man! I am considering the following action here in CT and want to make sure I issue the proper disclosures to the agencies. Any further updates?
UPDATE 11/07/2011 - I was found "guilty". The judge did rule on the Constitutionality of the Real ID, however, he said that I did not prove "beyond a reasonable doubt" that the law is unconstitutional. I will continue to drive without a license and wait to be pulled over again. This time, I will likely be arrested and charged with a criminal offense. I will demand a jury trial, and I will try again to have the law declared unconstitutional.
UPDATE 6/7/2011: After making it through about one quarter of my opening statement, the judge interjected that the State was not prepared to "argue a case of this magnitude". She ordered me to provide discovery to the state, including the Supreme Court precedent I will be citing and a list of witnesses I will subpoena. She rescheduled the trial to a future date so that the State can prepare their prosecution.
UPDATE: My first court appearance will be Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2011 at 5:30pm. The location is the Pinellas Co. Criminal Justice Center, 14250 49th Street North, Courtroom 19, Clearwater, FL 33762. It's open to the public and everyone is welcome.
Its all about the status, freeman, national, straw man, contract with government corporations etc.... I'm glad people are taking a stand you can also before signing ticket sing under protest and duress or without prejudice. A ticket is a contract etc..
Adrian should have stuck with his "right to travel" argument and said "not understand" to everything because he is not required to have a drivers license to travel.

I fight athority and athority ALWAYS wins let the constitution be that athority sadly of most of us challenge them they would arreste us instantly. TWIC is a card used for port of entry background checks IDK how they get away with it but the card is issued by private security firms we have to pay them $138 for the card so they can check our back ground AGAIN. TSA checks our background for the HAZ mat license that to me is an unfair TAX since Canadian and Mexican Drivers aren't forced to do same.
this deputy is bull shit lying because they are above the law. they are allowed to open carry well the rest of the citizen slaves are not allowed to....and get guns pulled on them when they are found open carrying. plus adrian your are not driving a commercial vehicle in commerce. that is the only time you are required to be "liscenced"

We are holding a big rally on July 31 in Daytona Beach to demand that Florida sheriffs start arresting TSA agents who violate the Constitution and commit sexual battery.
