Not for sure ! :-) This guy hasn't got the right timing with the music. Then, his muscles mouvements are quite wrong too ! My regular place is rather in the front of the scene ... ;-)

This place is a part of Forrest Hill Fitness Ressorts. It's in Paris (Paris 15 - aquaboulevard). I think that it's the biggest fitness place (whole room) in France. So a part of the Les Mills National TEAM learnings happen here... For each class, we are from 20-30 to almost 80/100 people ... :-) i go 3-4 times a week. :-) See U. Pacific fun.

Not bad ;) I go 3-4 times a week, too. There are mostly 20-30 people in each class of BodyPump. I love it :D Nice greetings from Germany :-)
