hey ross, I have problems with my sinuses too, they bother me so bad at work, the pressure is behind my eyes it feels like my eyes are about to pop out. I found that you can add regular table salt to water, and suck it up in one of those ear bulb syringes and use that to squirt the water up your nose, it works great bc you can control how fast or slow the water goes into your nostril, you should make a video trying that!

Just, if you want to try it again.. you aren't doing it right if it's not going all the way through. Lean over the sink, put it in your nose and turn your head so that your ear is over your other ear. Breathe THROUGH YOUR MOUTH. Don't be afraid to pour it normally through your nose. Do a whole pot for each nostril. It really does work. Cleans it all out.. all the gross bacteria, germs, etc. opens up your sinuses. Good luck.

You might also want to try putting a Sharper Image Ionic Breeze Air Purifier in your office and home...seriously...my kitties have severe allergies...once I put the ionic breeze air purifier in my home (and of course got rid of a lot of the dust) my kitties had far less allergy attacks.

This is a very informative video. Undiagnosed food allergies could also be making your sinuses worse.

Seriously, i started using both (netti and recently the bottle) and they really work for me, i wish i would have used it for years. Just FYI....they have a RAST generation 3 allergy test now. It's as effective as the skin test but by blood. So its one needle vs 25 or 50. You might check it out.

Ugh, I gagged. Low tolerance to bodily fluids of others! I hope it works for you so you can avoid chemicals in the form of pharmaceuticals. Imma patchouli hippie!
