you didnt do bad especially for your first tech video. intel is also developing another technology which replaces mosft of the circuitry with diodes and fiber optics, significanty speeding a computer and like atomic had stated this diagram is outdated the north and south bridges now work more in unison but the old serial interface it's self is dated but has come a long way. and the read/write issue you talked about is thrashing and the drives are being developed to not do that.
Little flaw in vid they dont use North-South Bridge anymore there is a faster alternative that is faster i just cant remeber names but AMD and Intel now use that as it is alot quicker
i wonder if there is a way to periodically check the data on a SSD against a hard disc backup or other way for the consumer to know how much life is left in the SSD? it just seems so fragile. : ?

@Bitwzyze They currently have 3+ year warranties on the newer ones - eventually they'll be as good as hard drives.
